I said I wasn’t going to report on this, but since the news is good, I figured I’d make an exception.
Thomas has resolved his recent legal issues relating to a DUI charge after a collision with a cyclist. A lack of a concrete case and a reported dispute as to who was actually at fault (the driver is usually blamed in such incidents regardless of any wrongdoing by the cyclist) led to this outcome.
